Year 6 have had a very busy week working for Murdoch day.
The dancers have been working hard for weeks with Mrs Blatchford trying to learn a routine for Murdoch day. We have a specific outfit for the dance. The girls are wearing a blue flowing skirt, white blouse and scouts tie and the boys are wearing trousers and a white shirt. We can’t wait to show everyone!
The parade wouldn’t be complete without artwork so we are making various things from a scroll to a massive gold crown because it’s the 800th anniversary for the Magna Carta. We have even made tissue paper shields out of withies and then painted a side with one of our designs.
It has been great fun!
